Job Description – Vet Assistant/Technician

We are seeking an experienced Vet Assistant/Technician to work at our drive-thru Vaccination Clinic every Saturday.

Schedule - Saturday 6:30 AM- 12:00 PM - $20 per hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of practical experience administering vaccines
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform work standing outdoors from 7:00 AM-11:00 AM in a shaded area with misters
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Morning shift
