Concrete Pump Truck Operator

The company now has an immediate, full-time opening for a Concrete Pump Truck Operator to work out of its plant in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

The specific duties of the position will include:

• Operation of a concrete pump truck.
• Performing regular maintenance and cleaning on the pump truck.
• Serving as a back-up ready-mix driver when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Class 1 or Class 3 License with Air Brakes (a must).
• At least 3 years relevant truck driving experience.
• Licensed to drive and experience driving a manual transmission truck.
• Previous experience operating a concrete pump truck is preferred, although we will train as necessary.
• A clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Willing to work irregular hours, if necessary.
