Job Description: Purchase Executive
(Preferred Pharma Candidates only)
Handling Purchase requisitions after cross verification with PPIC
To compare the rates received from vendors
To be a part of negotiation process regarding rates, freight terms, Payment terms and delivery schedule.
To arrange samples of new Raw material
Follow up with Vendor & Transporter regarding, Warehouse for timely generation of GRN.
Documents related to accounts (MSME), approved Vendors documents, etc.
To coordinate with Marketing and Sales promotion dept.
To coordinate with Accounts Department for payments.
To maintain all Project related data
Qualification:
Minimum-graduation in B.Com, BBA, BSc
Post-graduation in M.Com & MBA would be preferable
Candidate should have experience of 0-2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
