3. Strong emailing ability and negotiating skills
Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials & packing materials for production
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate for best possible rates and terms
- Maintain purchase data & reports in Excel
- Handle official correspondence through email effectively
