Designation: Purchase Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in MS Excel for preparing reports, maintaining purchase records, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Tally for handling accounting entries related to purchases.
- Good computer skills including email communication, documentation, and file management.
- Familiar with ERP systems for purchase order creation, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
- Handling purchases duties such as:
- Identifying vendors and suppliers.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Maintaining stock levels and coordinating with the store/warehouse.
- Comparing quotations and assisting in vendor negotiations.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Maintaining proper purchase records and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
