As our Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth inventory operations across our warehouses. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the input of goods and optimizing inventory organization for efficiency.
• Overseeing vehicle stock replenishment and processing returns.
• Ensuring accuracy in stock records.

Additionally, you will:

• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager on purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to maintain strong operational alignment.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. While experience in inventory management or planning is preferred, we are also open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates in Supply Chain Management who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals (or a willingness to develop this knowledge).
• Be familiar with stock takes, cycle counts, and database management.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have strong Excel skills and confident using manual systems.
