Job Title

AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI (Agentic Systems)

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Agentic Systems to design, build, and deploy autonomous, tool-using AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and production-grade GenAI platforms that solve real-world business problems.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI & Agentic Systems

• Design and implement agentic AI systems (single-agent and multi-agent).
• Build tool-using agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
• Develop agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestrators.
• Implement memory, planning, reflection, and retry strategies for agents.
• Optimize prompt templates, system instructions, and agent communication protocols.

RAG & Knowledge Systems

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources (documents, APIs, databases).
• Optimize retrieval quality, grounding, and hallucination reduction.

LLMs & Model Engineering

• Work with commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral).
• Fine-tune models using LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT where required.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, grounding, latency, and cost.

ML Systems & Deployment

• Build end-to-end GenAI pipelines (training → evaluation → deployment).
• Deploy agentic systems as scalable APIs using FastAPI / Flask.
• Implement monitoring, logging, feedback loops, and drift detection.
• Optimize inference cost, latency, and throughput.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with product, platform, and backend teams.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into autonomous AI solutions.
• Stay current with agentic AI research and emerging tools.

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI/ML and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building agentic or tool-calling AI systems.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and embeddings.
• Familiarity with FastAPI / REST APIs.
• Experience deploying ML systems to production.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Git, and CI/CD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
