Job SummaryS

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead / Tester with strong expertise in

automation frameworks and networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience in L2/L3 switching, network protocol testing, and automation in containerized

and CI/CD environments. We are looking for strong Python with mix of technical lead skills

and bit customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and

Robot Framework

● Lead automation strategy for networking and infrastructure testing

● Perform network protocol testing including TCP/IP, L2/L3 switching (VLANs,

STP, routing protocols, etc.)

● Develop and execute automated test scripts for API, UI, and system-level validation

● Work extensively in Linux/Unix environments

● Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

● Manage and test applications in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

● Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for continuous testing

● Ensure high test coverage, defect tracking, and quality assurance

● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

● Mentor team members and drive best practices in automation

Required Skills & Experience

● Strong programming and scripting experience with Python, with 4+ years of

hands-on experience.

● Should have team leading and client handling experience./

● Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar automation tools

● Solid understanding of Linux systems

● Strong networking knowledge including:

Good To have:

L2 Switching: VLANs, STP, MAC addressing

o L3 Switching/Routing: Static & dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP basics

preferred)

o TCP/IP stack and networking protocols testing

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies

● Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab

● Proficiency in Git version control

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
