Job Description

Work as an energetic member of the QA team to assure product compliance, test product performance, support production and continuously improve processes and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

· Proactively look for ways to improve processes and procedures.

· Participate in and/or conduct internal audits to assure compliance with procedures and AS9100 standards.

· Work in areas such as receiving, final inspection, packaging and shipping, etc.

· Read and follow existing processes and procedures.

Required Skills

· Read, write and speak English

· Competent in the use of computers

· Detail oriented

· Able to work as part of a team

· Use of measuring tools, e.g. calipers (test on measuring tools will be required)

· Able to read basic blueprints

· Use of lathes and CNC

· Mechanical background in using small tools

Education

· High School Diploma preferred

Physical Requirements

· Normal color vision and visual acuity (20/40 or better, corrected).

· Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance.

· Full mobility with average strength, able to push/pull, reach overhead and climb ladders.

· No allergies to household chemicals used in daily cleaning.

Compensation

· Wage $19.00 to $22.00 an hour.

· Bi-weekly pay periods

· 90-day probationary period followed by performance/wage review. Annual performance/wage review after probationary period. Pay increases commensurate upon performance.

· Paid vacation and health benefits available after probationary period.

Hours

· Work week: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, full time 40 hr. 4-day work week, Monday - Thursday
