Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team for our cutting-edge Buildings AI application. As a QA Intern, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA team to ensure our building simulation and AI-powered tools meet the highest quality standards before reaching our users.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test cases for the Buildings AI platform, including

BIM/HVAC configurator, load and energy simulations, and PDF2BIM workflows

Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability

concerns

Log defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results
Validate AI-powered features like Buildings AI Assistant and Report Assistant
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile development

environment

Partner with developers and product managers to improve test coverage, processes, and

product quality

Document test results and prepare QA reports

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related

technical field

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Willingness to learn advanced concepts in building simulation technology
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Have

Understanding of test automation frameworks or scripting languages
Exposure to BIM tools (Revit) or energy simulation software (OpenStudio, EnergyPlus)
Knowledge of building systems and HVAC concept
