Job Title: QA Lead – Automation (Selenium, Python)
Location: Bothell, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with strong experience in Automation Testing using Selenium and Python. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, design robust automation frameworks, and ensure the highest standards of software quality across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing automated test strategies.

· Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure product quality.

· Review test cases, scripts, and test results to ensure thorough test coverage.

· Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

· Analyze test results, identify defects, and track resolutions through completion.

· Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.

· Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and Python-based automation frameworks.

· Expertise in test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

· Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Jenkins, Git, or other CI/CD tools.

· Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

· Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
