Job Description

CUBIC-Modulsystem is a growth-oriented company under Rockwell Automation. CUBIC develops the market's strongest solution for building electrical panels as well as customer-designed enclosures. Quality assurance engineer is responsible for creating and performing tests which identifying errors and providing feedback to ensure that the final product meets our quality standards.

Monitor and test products quality, ensures compliance with standards, identifies issues, and recommends solutions.

Work on problems and interpretation of outcomes.

Work with production teams to improve processes and product quality.

Conducting audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Secure that all our suppliers live up to the specified quality for the product or service supplied by the supplier (SQA).
  • Secure process quality by planned processes are implemented (process checks / reviews).
  • Establish and coordinating test strategies.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Develop / improve tests and communicate with suppliers.
  • Supervise the cross-country QA-Team.
  • Creating reports and audits to document quality assurance tasks.
  • Duties include auditing systems, determining quality metrics, monitor production and reporting on malfunctions.
  • Incoming Quality Control, secure consistent batch quality.
  • Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
  • Perform troubleshooting on routine analysis.
  • Developing and validating testing methodology.
  • Ensure that quality plan and procedures are followed.
  • In-process quality Control, check & confirm process parameters meet the requirements (CpK-values).
  • Supervision of the execution of contract / sub suppliers works. Including monitoring of material, workmanships and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and training for QC operation.
  • Responsible for training other employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.

People Management

  • Work with the QA/QC-teams across the organization to look at quality in a wider perspective securing ONE-Quality Concept.
  • Set a strategic vision for each of the QA/QC-Teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a QA-Engineer or QC-Engineer, tester or similar role.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • BSc/BA in Engineering or related field.
  • English- B2

Work model : Hybrid workplace
