Qaqc Walkdown Engineer

Join STS Group as our next Electrical QAQC Engineer for a pharma project in Denmark
We are looking for an experienced Electrical QAQC Walkdown Engineer to join our project in Denmark. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based in Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the successful delivery of a key project for us.

The Opportunity
This role will work closely with the wider project leadership team to ensure our projects meet the highest standards, meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations and deliverables. Key to this role will be the ability to plan and manage quality systems and procedures effectively.

Reporting to the Project Manager, here are some of the key duties of this role

• Implementation of STS Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects
• Prepare electrical handover inspection and test documentation, and operation & maintenance manuals
• Liase with sub-contractors and approve their proposed TTOPs
• Review completed electrical test documentation and populate into the electrical TTOPs
• Issue the relevant ITRs to the Cx Agent to achieve the Cx tagging
• Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close-out of defects
• Support the commissioning procedures with the relevant test inspection data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project. Meetings/inspections with local regulatory bodies
• Review and issue final handover packages to the client
• Liaise with the client on installation and quality matters
• Attend quality meetings
• Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items
• Perform internal quality audits

Key Qualifications Required

• Electrical craft qualification with QAQC experience or Electrical Engineering degree with QAQC experience
• Quality auditing experience or relevant qualifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
