- Shelf life study
- Online Testing
- Prepare sensory samples for sensory tasting
- Daily calibration of laboratory equipment
- Inventory update and clearing of References and Retention samples
- Maintenance of lab equipment
- Fill up QC record forms
- Finished Product Analysis Record Form
- Raw Material Evaluation form
- Daily Sieve Physical Contamination Check & Equipment Cleaning and Sanitation Record
- Document filing
- Sample Labelling
- Data Entry into Computer System
- Incoming Record
- Microbe & Physico-chemical Record
- Inventory update
- Key in physical and microbe data
- Preparation of solutions for lab use
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the physical lab and microbe lab, and washing of lab wares
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
