Job Description
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
This is a full time, permanent position. Shift work is required for this role, Working hours 07:00 – 19:00 on biweekly rotating shift pattern, which is: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday.
As a QC Environmental Monitoring Analyst you will perform scientific procedures and produce accurate results within the required time frame under the customer quality system, using customer company procedures, and while adhering to Eurofins general policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities that you be covering:
- You will perform routine and non-routine analysis, as requested by the PSS Shift Lead or customer representative.
- You will have to prepare and approve results for tests in which you will have received the appropriate training and are deemed competent in.
- You will be required to notify the PSS Shift Lead or a customer representative, of any anomalous or out of specification results.
- You will be have to ensure at all times that all documentation and laboratory records are up to date and of an appropriate standard.
- You will gain a clear understanding of all related customer supplemental processes such as deviation handling, training documentation, document and records control.
- You will be dealing with customer queries and to contact designated personnel with any relevant information or issues relating to test results or the service in general.
- You will be performing second person verification checks as required by the laboratory schedule
- You will be assisting in the processing of laboratory consumables as required – labelling, acceptance testing.
Qualifications
What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an QC Environmental Monitoring Analyst:
- You will have a relevant qualification (at least a degree in a suitable discipline)
- You’ll possess proven experience within a GMP environment.
- You will be a good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills
- You will be flexible and able to adapt to change priorities
