Qc Lab Analyst (Instrument Validation & Maintenance/Gxp/Chamber Management)

Notes

• role will be ONSITE
• Minimum of an Associates Degree is acceptable
• Must be detail oriented, a go-getter, be willing to follow-up on tasks and chase items down when needed
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience
• Must have GXP experience
• Have knowledge of instrument validation and maintenance processes
• Will be responsible for scheduling vendors for repair services and maintenance
• Will "maintain" instruments, will NOT run them or calibrate them
• Will escort vendors to the lab space
• Experience with Chamber Management and Lab Safety
• Must be able to follow SOPs

Lab operations responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordination and management of instrument onboarding and validation
• Facilitating instrument preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs; may include some hands-on maintenance and calibration duties
• GMP record keeping
• Chamber management
• Lab safety and housekeeping
• Software validation
• Be able to coordinate activities with internal and external operations and service teams, service providers, IT, site quality, and analysts to ensure lab operation activities are completed and compliant.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive completion of activities in a timely manner.
• Experience with lab operation activities in a GMP environment is required.
• Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with work assignments is expected.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• instrument validation and maintenance processes: 3 years (Preferred)
• Chamber Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• GXP: 3 years (Preferred)
• scheduling vendors for repair services and maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• QC Lab: 3 years (Preferred)
