About the Role

As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You’ll work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person‑centred care.

  • Multiple part‑time positions available
  • Across Sunshine Coast residential care sites
  • Shifts available every day – morning, afternoon and night
  • Candidates must have broad availability

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Support emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
  • Deliver care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
  • Complete accurate documentation
  • Follow infection control and WHS practices
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful and resident‑focused environment

What You’ll Need

  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Carer in aged care
  • Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Vast availability across all shift types (morning, afternoon & night)
  • A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care

Mandatory Requirements:

  • National Police Check
  • Pre‑employment medical assessment
