Are you a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic early years professional? We are a busy, full-day care service in Drogheda looking for a passionate Early Years Educators to join our growing team!

About the role:

As part of our dynamic and supportive team, you will help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to grow, learn, and thrive. This is a 40-hour per week position and requires flexibility within the opening hours of 7:30am–6:00pm.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and support the individual needs of each child.
• Create a caring, safe, and inclusive atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with a team of committed educators.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Contribute to planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ensure compliance with Aistear, Siolta, and Tusla standards.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting (essential).
• Hold a FETAC/QQI Level 5 or above in Early Childhood Education (required).
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Drogheda (preferred).

• Early childhood education: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• FETAC/QQI Early Years Qualification (required)
