Position: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS)
Location: Hybrid Remote in Houston, TX 77060
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust and rapport with children, youth, and their families to optimize functioning and promote emotional well-being.

• Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize youth during critical transitions.

• Complete progress notes and documentation efficiently (within 24 hours post-session).

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, medicine, counseling, nursing, education, or related fields.

• One year of experience in a mental health or child welfare setting.

• Certification in the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) or Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) (or ability to become certified annually) (CANS/ANSA is paid for by the company)

• Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate and client-centered approach to mental health care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timely documentation.

• Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Flexibility and commitment to working in a hybrid, dynamic environment.
