Churchfield Home Services is seeking a Qualified Plasterer to join our retrofit installation team in the Mayo area.
You’ll combine hands-on plastering with quality workmanship, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to Churchfield’s exceptional standards — helping homeowners achieve warmer, more energy-efficient homes across Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out all stages of external insulation installation and rendering works.
• Complete internal drylining, skimming, and finishing to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to plan labour, materials, and workflow.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and NSAI S.R. 54:2014 requirements.
• Conduct snagging and final handovers to the satisfaction of the Project Manager or client.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Mentor new operatives and support training where required.

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years’ experience in plastering, external insulation, or façade systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Full, clean B driving licence.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Pay & Benefits

• €27–€35 per hour, depending on experience (weekly pay)
