Description:
Are you our next Quality and Compliance Partner? Working from our national Support Office in Murarrie, this role ensures our Centres maintain and exceed exceptional standards, provides expert guidance, undertakes investigations, and supports continuous quality improvement.
Your Impact
No two days look the same, but in this role you’ll:
- Partner with Centre Directors and Operations to maintain our exceptional quality across all Centres
- Support our Safeguarding initiatives
- Conduct thorough investigations, prepare clear reports and provide insights that drive improvement
- Maintain accurate Working With Children Check records and oversee compliance requirements nationally
- Provide expert advice on the National Quality Framework, including the National Law and Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Support Centres in preparing for regulatory assessments and external audits, while developing tools and resources that promote operational excellence
- Collaborate with each Centre to support high-quality QIPs (Quality Improvement Plans)
- Analyse information and identify trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives and projects across the organisation.
- 5+ years in a similar quality, compliance or early learning role essential
- Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children and Police checks, or the ability to obtain
- Child Protection Training, or completion upon commencement
- Expert knowledge of Early Childhood Education and Care, National Laws, Regulations, and Quality Standards
- Proven experience in compliance management, auditing, investigations, and quality assurance
- Skills in RM, RA, policy review and development
- Understanding of State-specific Child Safe Standards and Safeguarding Children strategies
- Risk management, policy development, and incident management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience in training, facilitation and guiding teams towards improvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Some interstate travel may be required to visit Centres and support teams across Australia.
