Scope of the Role
The Quality Assurance Administrator (QA) is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished products are to specification, including carrying out relevant production quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage QA activities to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies.
- Assist QA teams in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Provide administrative support to QA teams, ensuring the timely resolution of issues.
- Audit the hygiene and cleaning function within the factory and the completion of all swabs with the agreed timelines
- Track and report on QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
- Organize and maintain QA resources, including tools, environments, and licenses.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Ad hoc duties as requested by Line Manager
Reporting to:
You will be reporting to the Technical Manager
Full time position. Working days - Sunday to Wednesday, 4 x 10 hour shifts.
