Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to work in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Quality Assurance and be able to work in the office/field full-time Monday through Friday. Salary to commensurate with experience, range of $70,000-$100,000.

Please note that we’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

What You’ll Do:

■ Support the development and implementation of project-specific quality plans, ensuring alignment with company procedures and client requirements

■ Assist with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and project quality documentation to support Operations

■ Review QC reports and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and QMS requirements

■ Perform routine audits of project documentation and support audit readiness (internal and external)

■ Support AMPP QP program requirements, including acting as backup for QCS responsibilities when required

■ Coordinate and support closure of non-conformances, corrective actions, and audit findings

■ Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and maintaining compliance with specifications

■ Assist with prequalification submissions by gathering and organizing quality-related information

■ Promote quality awareness and support consistent execution of QA/QC processes across projects

■ Support implementation and continuous improvement of QMS procedures, tools, and reporting

■ Perform additional duties as required to support project execution and quality management activities, as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager

What You Need to Have:

■ 5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or construction (industrial coatings preferred)

■ Strong knowledge of industrial coating standards (AMPP, SSPC, ASTM, CSA)

■ AMPP CIP certification

■ QCS certification or ability to obtain

■ Experience with QC documentation, inspections, and reporting processes

■ Strong written and verbal communication skills (NCRs, RFIs, reporting)

■ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, tracking, and documentation

■ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities

■ Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and support cross-functional coordination
