About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and detail-driven Quality Assurance Coordinator for our afternoon Shift to join our team at our Carole Park site. This critical role ensures our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. You’ll be the key link between Quality and Manufacturing, promoting a strong food safety culture and ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and third-party accreditations. This is a permanent full-time role working an average of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 1:00 pm and 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with QMS and third-party accreditations (SQF, HALAL, Export)
Conducting inspections, testing, and verification activities across raw materials, finished goods, and production processes.
Investigating and documenting non-conformances, including Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Training and supporting production staff in quality and food safety procedures.
Coordinating product sampling, testing programs, and managing the hold/release process.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety Systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence others.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
Adaptable and calm under pressure.
