Job Summary

Will work closely with development, product, and engineering teams to ensure applications meet quality, performance, and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and validation processes for software applications.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Validate data quality, system functionality, and application performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Support release testing and production validation activities.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used for test automation.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, PyTest, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
