Position: QA Officer/Executive

Job Overview
The QA Officer/Executive ensures that all processes, products, and materials in the chemical manufacturing process adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves implementing quality control measures, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to address defects or process deviations.
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inspection protocols, and quality manuals.
2. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that products meet legal, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes and protocols.
- Oversee adherence to ISO certifications and other quality management systems.
3. Process Improvement:
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Implement training programs for staff on quality standards and procedures.
4. Testing and Documentation:
- Supervise laboratory testing of materials and products, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain and archive detailed reports on inspections, audits, and test results.
- Investigate and document non-conformance incidents, customer complaints, and product recalls.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain the quality of raw materials.
- Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies during inspections or audits.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality metrics and compliance status.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master Chemistry
Experience:
- 0-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
