Description:
We are seeking a QC Analyst to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover parental leave. This role is primarily focused on raw material testing and analysis, supporting production through routine and compendial laboratory testing.

As a contract manufacturer, this role offers exposure to hundreds—sometimes thousands—of diverse and unique raw materials, making it ideal for a detail‑oriented analyst who enjoys variety and technical challenge.

Responsibilities

Perform timely analysis and approval of raw materials using:
USP and BP compendial methods
Customer‑supplied test methods where required

In compliance with TGA standards.
Conduct instrument calibration, logging, and routine maintenance in accordance with GLP.
Maintain compendial methods to reflect updates to current pharmacopoeial monographs.
Provide support for routine GC and UPLC testing, including data review and checking.
Maintain high standards of laboratory documentation and compliance.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential skills and experience requirement:
Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry, Science, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of USP and BP compendial methods.
Experience in a TGA licensed site (desirable).
Experience in a QC role within a regulated manufacturing industry (desirable).
