The Role

As a Quality Control & Compliance Officer at i24 Group, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our portfolio. You’ll work remotely, on a part-time basis (12-16 hours per week), with flexibility in your hours and days. What matters most is that you thrive working independently, take initiative, and have a sharp eye for detail, especially as we move quickly to capitalize on growth opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Listening to inbound and outbound calls, reviewing customer ticket handling, and checking transcripts of live chats.
• Scoring customer interactions to ensure our team delivers exceptional service.
• Checking internal systems to ensure processes and procedures are being followed.
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes and customer interactions before they escalate into larger issues.
• Spotting training gaps and providing actionable feedback and coaching to help the team continuously improve.
• Reporting directly to the founders and contributing to the company’s growth by suggesting improvements in structure and team workloads, ensuring we stay agile as we scale.
• Assisting with recruitment and training, ensuring that our growing team is set up for success.
• Coaching team members and developing action plans to drive performance improvements, while maintaining the pace and efficiency required in our high-growth environment.
• Responding swiftly to challenges and changes, keeping us on track as we take advantage of every opportunity for growth.

Pay

Salary is negotiable based on experience, and there’s potential for further growth and progression as the company expands.
