- Job Overview
- We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will utilize various inspection tools and methodologies to assess product quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to industry regulations. 3rd shift position starting rate is $20.00 plus .75 shift differential. Requires skill test.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools such as micrometers and vision inspection systems.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality control measures taken.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality.
Skills
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise inspections.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems for automated quality checks.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations related to quality control in manufacturing.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits effectively.
- Strong understanding of data collection techniques for analyzing product performance metrics.
- Ability to fabricate components as needed while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass Quality Control Test
