As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Quality Control Manager to work closely with our General Manager and help strengthen and evolve our quality systems.
This is a great opportunity for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control professional with experience in healthcare, GMP, or chemical manufacturing who wants to make a real impact in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement a comprehensive quality plan to improve plant performance
- Develop and track quality metrics and KPIs
- Investigate production quality issues and lead corrective actions
- Monitor quality impacts of new processes, equipment, and methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage quality documentation and reporting in compliance with GMP standards
- Review customer complaints and lead CAPA activities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods
- Accept, reject, or quarantine materials and finished products
- Perform product testing, sampling, data analysis, and reporting
- Manage non-conforming materials and quality returns
- Maintain product files for contract-manufactured products
- Conduct long-term and stability testing
- Participate in internal audits and vendor corrective actions
You’ll work within GMP Quality Systems, including:
- Natural Health Product Regulations
- Medical Device Regulations
- Food and Drugs Act
- U.S. FDA & EPA regulations
What You Bring
Required:
- Ability to work on-site in St. Thomas, ON
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and GMP environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of laboratory practices, including microbiological testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong values of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Preferred:
- BSc in Chemistry with microbiology background
- Experience with Health Canada, FDA, and EPA
- 1+ year experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in healthcare regulatory affairs
- Experience conducting internal audits
