- Performs Final Release, Incoming, and WIP inspections
- Effective problem solving and decision making with regard to product acceptance/rejection
- Operation of a variety of tools such as calipers, rulers, force gage, computer and electrical test equipment
- Serve as a resource for quality questions from other team members
- Troubleshoot and repair testing and other equipment
- Compliance of all Minnesota Wire Safety standards.
- Compliance with all Minnesota Wire Policies and regulations, i.e. ISO (International
- File records, maintain calibration history files, as well as documentation of internal calibration procedures.
- Perform internal calibration procedures as well as facilitation of 3rd party services when needed
- Qualified to inspect IPC-A-620 standards
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience: 1-2 years of Manufacturing Experience and/or Quality Control Experience in a fast paced environment (Preferred)
Education: Associate Degree OR equivalent experience, knowledge, skills and abilities
Technical Skills: Project management, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of ESD safeguards, Process orientated, knowledge of measurement standards, proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Interpersonal Skills: Ethical, Responsive, collaboration, effective communicator, excellent written and verbal skills, analytical, self-motivated, works well under pressure
