MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs Final Release, Incoming, and WIP inspections
  • Effective problem solving and decision making with regard to product acceptance/rejection
  • Operation of a variety of tools such as calipers, rulers, force gage, computer and electrical test equipment
  • Serve as a resource for quality questions from other team members
  • Troubleshoot and repair testing and other equipment
  • Compliance of all Minnesota Wire Safety standards.
  • Compliance with all Minnesota Wire Policies and regulations, i.e. ISO (International
Standards Organizations), ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
  • File records, maintain calibration history files, as well as documentation of internal calibration procedures.
  • Perform internal calibration procedures as well as facilitation of 3rd party services when needed
  • Qualified to inspect IPC-A-620 standards

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience: 1-2 years of Manufacturing Experience and/or Quality Control Experience in a fast paced environment (Preferred)


Education: Associate Degree OR equivalent experience, knowledge, skills and abilities


Technical Skills: Project management, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of ESD safeguards, Process orientated, knowledge of measurement standards, proficiency in Microsoft office suite


Interpersonal Skills: Ethical, Responsive, collaboration, effective communicator, excellent written and verbal skills, analytical, self-motivated, works well under pressure
