Overview

Starting Pay: $35 per hour

Work Schedule: M-F 6:30am - 5:00pm

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly, eligible for overtime pay rate)

Health/Vision/Dental/Life insurance after 60 days.

80 hours of PTO per year (40 hours after 30 days + 40 hours after 6 months)

6 observed holidays + 1 floating holiday

401k plan after 1 year (3% match)

What You’ll Do

  • Support manufacturing operations by working closely with cross-functional teams and managers
  • Address product issues quickly with corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and our Quality Management System
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and control plans
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from production and customer feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)
  • 2+ years of quality engineering experience, ideally in an aerospace context.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T
  • Familiar with problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with metrology and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person, as defined by ITAR regulation requirements.
