Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS.
- Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
- Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company's requirements
- Lead Document controller for the IMS system
- Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs
- Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement
- Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue
- Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding
- Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process.
- Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
- Support development of house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in quality related work
- Preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified
- Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
