Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Facilitator to oversee Recheck / Grading Frames. Previous experience in Greige Grading preferred. Will be responsible to train new Graders when needed. Must be able to recognize defects. Must attend daily meetings and present on out of flow material. Review missed defects with graders. Help maintain and enforce housekeeping in all inspection arears.

Duties

• Help Disposition OOF and oversee grading it out
• Log and store rejected samples and defect limits
• Assist in fixing / assessing returns
• Audit each grader for spec compliance
• Review headers on positive release styles and sign header log
• Oversee Recheck / Greige Grading Frames
• Input all New Product Specs / Update current specs
• Fix tickets as needed
• Super grading as needed
• Grader training as needed
• Attend daily meeting with answers and headers on new OOF
• Disposition known defects while graders are grading
• Help maintain and enforce housekeeping in all inspection areas
• Review internal RPPM with each grader
• Review missed defects with each grader
• GF yardage verification / table rolls

Pay: $19.98 - $21.89 per hour
