Job Summary
Would you like to work in an international environment and contribute to the safety and quality of our food enzymes? Are you a service-minded and fast-learning professional with a desire to coordinate and solve tasks within the area of quality, food safety and production? Then you might be the right person to join our global food enzymes quality team.
We have a fun and fast-paced working environment with daily interaction with our Supply Chain, Product Management, Business, Sales, and Manufacturing organizations. You will primarily be supporting our production plant in Grindsted, Denmark, but also other manufacturing sites and customers globally.
Communication is an integral part of the job, which therefore requires a well-developed ability to read, write, and speak English in relation to topics of a complex or technical nature.
We are looking for a competent colleague who can work independently and has the initiative to follow up on internal and external requests. You should work systematically, pay attention to details, and be prepared to handle complex tasks.
Personality-wise, we value high spirits and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across borders and cultures.
Responsibilities
  • Customer complaint investigation and root cause analysis
  • Handling raw material and product deviations
  • Creation and maintenance of product information and master data in our databases and production system (SAP)
  • Creation and maintenance of customer-oriented technical documentation, such as product specifications and customized statements
  • Technical coordination and implementation of customer requirements
  • Risk assessment and approval of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • A significant amount of troubleshooting and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications
  • Master of Science in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biosciences, Food Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience
  • Microbiological understanding and/or experience within food safety and HACCP principles
  • Skilled at managing information, data, and IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Native or very profound level of Danish
  • Ability to translate complex matters into simple messages
