Role Overview
As a Quality Specialist at BNL Sciences, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a hands-on position that involves collaboration across departments, customer interaction, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare for and participate in customer and regulatory audits.
- Manage customer SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) and mentor junior colleagues on response protocols and timelines.
- Coordinate the internal audit schedule and follow up on actions.
- Conduct document compliance checks.
- Investigate and resolve critical deviations related to complaints or audits.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Quality Manager approval.
- Collaborate with Production to approve, release, or reject finished products.
- Approve changes affecting intermediate or final product quality.
- Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints.
- Support calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
- Develop and implement new QMS processes.
- Deliver QMS training to new personnel.
- Lead regular quality team meetings to provide project updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to address quality queries and complaints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance in a manufacturing or scientific environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of QMS principles and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €45,000.00 per year
