Role Overview

As a Quality Specialist at BNL Sciences, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a hands-on position that involves collaboration across departments, customer interaction, and continuous improvement of quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Prepare for and participate in customer and regulatory audits.
  • Manage customer SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) and mentor junior colleagues on response protocols and timelines.
  • Coordinate the internal audit schedule and follow up on actions.
  • Conduct document compliance checks.
  • Investigate and resolve critical deviations related to complaints or audits.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Quality Manager approval.
  • Collaborate with Production to approve, release, or reject finished products.
  • Approve changes affecting intermediate or final product quality.
  • Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
  • Develop and implement new QMS processes.
  • Deliver QMS training to new personnel.
  • Lead regular quality team meetings to provide project updates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to address quality queries and complaints.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance in a manufacturing or scientific environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of QMS principles and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €45,000.00 per year
