Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective implementation and ongoing compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead and supervise handling of deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs, ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely closure.
  • Manage customer complaints, investigations, and quality-related communications.
  • Review batch records and support product release activities, ensuring compliance with GDP
  • Coordinate the collection, submission, and tracking of microbiological, environmental, analytical, and stability samples to external laboratories
  • Manage document control, training compliance, and quality records to ensure audit readiness.
  • Support and approve change controls and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal audits, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining HACCP and feed safety programs, including traceability, risk assessments, and contamination control.
  • Assist with monitoring quality KPIs, perform trend analysis, and provide data for management review.
  • Collaborate with Production, Product Development, Regulatory, and Purchasing teams to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Degree or qualification in Quality, Science, Food/Feed Safety, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within feed, food, veterinary, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP principles, quality systems, and audit requirements.
  • Experience managing deviations, CAPAs, change controls, complaints, and investigations.
  • Experience conducting internal audits
  • Good understanding of batch record review, traceability, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
