Quality Training Intern

Reporting to the Quality Training Manager the role is responsible for Quality Training activities and at times the Quality Systems/Compliance activities in the Technical Department. The internship will run for a period of 6-9 months


What your responsibilities will be:


  • Management of Documentation Compliance Manager (DCM) system.
  • Provide Reports to site in relation to Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation System as required.
  • Management of Documentation Archive for QMS documentation.
  • Communicate with cross functional departments.
  • Support of the site CAPA and Change Control process in GWWO as required.
  • Compilation of site metrics to support Quality Training functions
  • Provide administration support.
  • Supports Annual Training Agenda.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement in Quality Department.
  • Supports Induction, Ongoing and annual refresher training.
  • Update of area specific GMP documentation (including SOP, Records, etc.).
  • Will be given the trust to lead a project in the department.
  • Supports activities in the Learning Management System.
  • Other duties as required by the Quality Manager.
