Your Next Opportunity
We are seeking a Quarry Manager at our Bridgewater site to provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations and challenges of the site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to drive the success of the Quarry. With an uncompromising commitment to safety you will lead the team to achieve performance and profit targets.
The Role:
- Ultimate responsibility for safety performance of the site
- Driving the achievement of production targets
- Providing team leadership
- Managing environmental compliance and quality control
- Providing superior customer service to our internal and external stakeholders as required
- Planning & monitoring extraction, production and inventory
- Recognise and drive plant and operational improvements.
- Drive and lead cultural change and provide excellence in customer service.

What Are We Looking For?
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team of operators
- Experience with managing budgets, P&L statements and understanding finances & costs
- Relevant experience within a quarry operation is desirable but not essential
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage, influence and build rapport with stakeholders from a variety of functions to effectively manage projects
- Experience with community engagement
- High levels of resilience and a determination to deliver successful outcomes
