The Role

As a Quick Lube Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service center running smoothly while helping your team succeed. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support the growth and development of team members. No automotive background? No problem—we provide paid, hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead day-to-day operations while supporting and motivating a team of Quick Lube Technicians
• Ensure oil changes and routine services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Create a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
• Deliver friendly, confident customer service and resolve concerns when needed
• Coach, train, and support team members to help them grow their skills and confidence
• Track performance, support daily goals, and encourage teamwork
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
• Automotive experience is helpful, but paid training is provided
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills with both customers and team members
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• A hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for helping others succeed

Pay & Benefits
