The Role

As a Quick Lube Team Member, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that keeps customers moving safely and efficiently. You don’t need automotive experience—we provide comprehensive, paid training to teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

This role is a great entry point into the automotive service industry, with real opportunities to move into leadership as you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily service goals
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time

What We’re Looking For

• No automotive experience required — paid training provided
• Strong work ethic and comfort in a physically active role
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with interest in career growth

Pay & Benefits
