Responsibilities

• Radon Testing: Perform radon gas testing in homes, businesses, and other buildings using a variety of specialized instruments.
• Radon Mitigation: Install and maintain radon mitigation systems to reduce radon levels in buildings.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain testing procedures, mitigation plans, and safety measures.
• Compliance: Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations related to radon testing and mitigation.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for both yourself and clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
• Must pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
• Required to get in crawlspaces and on ladders almost daily

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
