With over a decade of experience, our dedicated staff provide Ramp Supervision, Load Control, Warehouse Supervision, and ULD Management to many airlines operating into FRA. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all related service providers related to ground operations, such as refueling, deicing, catering and ramp handling.
• Keep customers informed about any operational issues that may impact the operation in terms of safety and on time performance.
• Conduct weight & balance for freighter aircraft to ensure safe operation.
• Inspect cargo for compliance with safety and airline's regulations.
• Collect relevant flight documents and handover to crew.
• Coordinate and supervise the un-/loading for cargo and passenger aircraft.
• Monitor ramp handler compliance.

Minimum requirements, skills and qualifications

· Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to work in Germany.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of aviation and/or air cargo experience is essential.

· Both EU-/German Driving Permit class B and clean criminal record is mandatory

· Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.

· Ability to work in a team-based environment,

· Good time management and the ability to meet firm deadlines.

· Willing to work a flexible shift roster including some weekend shifts.

· Good computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.

· Knowledge of air cargo build-up and special cargo handling is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of ramp handling required.

· Previous experience of computerized and manual weight & balance, preferably certified in widebody freighter and/or the qualification to perform Pushback-/Walkout-Assistance is of great advantage.

· The sense of responsibility, self-initiative, flexibility and intercultural competencies are essential.
