Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. As a Ranch Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our ranch. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the care and feeding of livestock, including cows, turkeys, and chickens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, stables, and other animal housing areas
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, mending equipment, and clearing debris
- Operate and maintain ranch machinery and equipment
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Monitor the health and well-being of animals and report any concerns to the Ranch Manager
- Help with the transportation of animals to veterinary appointments or market as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills:
- Knowledge of animal care and handling techniques
- Operating ranch machinery tractors, skid steers, etc
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time
- Understanding of crop and maintenance processes
- Communication skills to effectively work with other team members

Must have valid drivers license.

Must have reliable transportation.
