What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly responding to client inquiries.
- Schedule and attend property inspections and showings, creating a smooth process for clients.
- Share in-depth knowledge about homes and communities, building confidence with clients.
- Foster relationships with clients and community members through events and networking.
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems to manage leads and improve business processes.
- Explore new business opportunities to grow your client base and build your brand.
- Follow up with potential clients and continuously nurture relationships, expanding your sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient with real estate CRM and lead generation tools.
- Professional in both demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
