Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Real Estate and Infrastructure Director.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
Participating in the development and overseeing the execution of the long-term real estate and infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategic growth, sustainability objectives, and operational excellence goals
Proposing and managing operating and capital expenditure budgets that support the strategic plan, ensuring fiscal discipline while meeting project objectives
Overseeing the planning and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Operating and maintaining the infrastructure portfolio
Supervising a team of 50 professionals through intermediary management levels, ensuring effective coordination of infrastructure maintenance, project delivery, and operational support across the organization’s portfolio
Structuring the team to accommodate growing activities and significant future investments, which will involve the development of new operational facilities and enhancements to existing assets
Managing the organization’s real estate portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, and property development, to maximize financial returns and operational efficiency
Maintaining full compliance with applicable regulations at local (communal), national (governmental), and international levels, ensuring that all infrastructure and real estate activities meet legal and regulatory requirements
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, local authorities, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and drive mutual success
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to modernize and expand the new facilities while ensuring seamless integration with current operations
Championing environmental sustainability by ensuring all real estate and infrastructure projects adhere to environmental standards and align with the organization’s sustainability goals
Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to deliver impactful projects and achieve organizational objectives
Your other missions
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Master’s degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure development, or a similar role, preferably in the aviation or logistics/transportation industry
Proven experience in leading large-scale development projects

Skills and knowledge required
IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
Nice-to-have:
German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.
Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects, with specific expertise in overseeing comparable infrastructure programs.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Excellent collaborative, team work, hands-on and « lead by example » attitude.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory frameworks related to infrastructure and real estate in the aviation sector.
OtherValid permanent B driving licence
