RGroup Realty is on the lookout for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to act as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position involves lead generation, relationship building, and appointment scheduling for our real estate agents. The ISA will be crucial in propelling business growth by making outbound calls, managing lead follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to agent meetings. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
- Engage with potential clients by conducting outbound calls from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and more. You’ll assess their real estate needs and build strong relationships that drive business.
Timely Follow-Up:
- Manage and follow up on leads promptly, ensuring consistent communication via phone calls, emails, and text messages. Your responsiveness will be key to nurturing client relationships and converting leads into appointments.
Database Management & CRM Expertise:
- Utilize our CRM system to efficiently track client interactions, update information, and monitor lead status. Keeping the database organized and up-to-date ensures that no opportunities slip through the cracks.
Appointment Setting:
- Your goal is to seamlessly transition potential clients from the initial contact to a meeting with one of our real estate agents. You’ll schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring both the agent and client have a positive experience from the start.
Sales Support & Client Engagement:
- Provide valuable resources and information to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your proactive support will enhance the client experience and help our team achieve sales goals.
Market Knowledge & Research:
- Stay informed on the latest local real estate market trends, ensuring you can speak confidently and knowledgeably to clients. Your insights will enhance conversations and help clients make informed decisions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with agents and other team members to develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion. Your collaborative efforts will contribute to our overall success and growth.
Marketing & Relationship Development:
- Create and expand relationships with builders and real estate developers, promoting their homes to our tenant, buyer, and investor database. You’ll also be responsible for marketing RGroup programs and services through internet, social media, direct mail, email, and phone communication.
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Real Estate License: Required to ensure compliance and proper representation in client interactions.
- Previous Experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service: Prior real estate experience is a plus, but a solid track record in these areas is essential.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You have a knack for building rapport over the phone and are adept at handling objections and managing rejection with a positive attitude.
- Highly Organized & Self-Motivated: You thrive in both independent work and team collaboration, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in CRM Software & Microsoft Office Suite: Experience in managing client databases and using technology to streamline processes is a must.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Trends: Understanding local market practices and trends will give you an edge in conversations with clients.
- Tech-Savvy & Willing to Learn: You’re someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, learning new technologies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and results.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus Structure:
- Appointment Bonus: Earn an additional $25 for every scheduled appointment that is kept.
- Closing Bonus: Receive a $150 bonus for each property closing where the ISA set the initial appointment that led to the sale.
Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
- For ISAs working 1-20 hours per week: You must schedule a minimum of 25 appointments within the calendar month to qualify for any bonus payouts.
- For ISAs working 21-40 hours per week: A minimum of 40 appointments must be scheduled within the calendar month to qualify for bonus payouts.
Example: If an ISA works 24 hours per week and schedules 32 appointments, with 3 properties closing that month, the bonus would not be awarded, as the 40-appointment minimum for that hour range has not been met.
This structure ensures our team remains focused on driving results while being rewarded for consistent, high-quality performance.
