Real Estate Lawyer
6+ years of experience in real estate
- Real estate pre-legal / land acquisition support
- Title verification and due diligence
- RTC, EC, mutation, conversion, khata, survey and registration checks
- Preparing preliminary title notes / title reports
- Reviewing MOU, JDA, GPA, SPA, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed and procurement agreements
- Coordination with external advocates / law firms
- Government approvals and basic legal documentation
- LLB qualification is relevant for screening
- Kannada reading & writing was an important requirement for the Bangalore/Karnataka role.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
