Real Estate Operations Manager
Full-Time | In-Office | Etobicoke, Toronto
Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000
- Performance Bonuses: up to $6,000–$20,000 annually
- Total Compensation Potential: up to $80,000
About the Role
King Realty Co. is a growing, modern real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day brokerage operations, compliance, and agent support.
This is a hands-on role for someone with prior real estate brokerage experience who understands how a real estate office truly runs—transactions, compliance, systems, and people. You will be a key operational partner to the Broker of Record and play a critical role in scaling the brokerage efficiently and professionally.
This is not an entry-level administrative role.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrokerage Operations
- Manage daily office operations and internal workflows
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of real estate agents
- Maintain operational systems, procedures, and internal documentation
- Coordinate office logistics, vendors, supplies, and schedules
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times
Compliance & Transaction Oversight
- Oversee deal flow to ensure transaction files are complete, compliant, and submitted on time
- Conduct internal file reviews and audits
- Support compliance with RECO, board, and brokerage requirements
- Liaise with boards, internal teams, and transaction management platforms
- Proactively identify and resolve compliance or operational issues
Agent Support & Internal Communication
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for agents
- Support agents with brokerage processes, documentation, and systems
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and schedules
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience for agents from onboarding onward
Leadership & Growth Support
- Act as an operational extension of the Broker of Record
- Anticipate operational needs as the brokerage grows
- Improve systems and workflows to support scalability
- Escalate issues appropriately while managing day-to-day operational matters independently
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience in real estate administration or brokerage operations
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, documentation, and compliance
- Experience with transaction management systems (SkySlope or similar preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in-office in Etobicoke, Toronto
