We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, explaining project details, and closing sales for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
  • Understand the residential needs of prospective clients and guide them with suitable project options.
  • Conduct project presentations, walk-throughs, and detailed site visits for potential buyers.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and meetings to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with local residential market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and transparency throughout the sales process.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support to customers for smooth possession and long-term relationships.

Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Good understanding of residential projects (flats, apartments, housing projects).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and project presentations confidently.
  • Knowledge of Nagpur’s real estate market preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first approach.
